Notes NEON (NE) Neons are designed for high visual impact on race cars, boats, motorcycles, etc. They can be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Pearls, or Kandys. IMPORTANT: Neons have limited light fastness in the sun. Use where high visual impact is important and light fastness is not.
